LS Upstate is based on Pelham Road in Greenville. We are not a franchise and we do not sell your job to a subcontractor. The person who quotes it is the person who cleans it.
That only happens one way: quote honestly, show up on time, and say out loud when a stain will not fully lift instead of promising it will and hoping.
We use professional-grade cleaning equipment and eco-certified products for a reason. Low-quality detergents can leave residue deep in the carpet fibers, and that residue attracts dirt back into the carpet. That is why some carpets look great for a week but start looking dingy again a month later.
What we tell you on the walkthrough is what appears on the invoice. If we find something that changes it, we stop and ask you first.
You get a text when we are on the way. If we are running late you hear it from us before you have to wonder.
Bleach spots, pet damage to the padding, and permanent dye stains are honest conversations, not surprises at the end.
Something looks wrong after it dries? Call and we come back and re-treat that area at no charge.
